My Pickleball Coach

SPLIT//LAB Film Room

Watch the match. Tag the truth. Train the fix.

Mark what happened while you watch, then build a practice plan whose claims trace back to exact moments in your video.

The interactive demo needs no login and saves nothing.

Watch and tag

Play your match, tap mistake labels without pausing, and keep every coaching claim tied to a timestamp you can rewatch.

Personal labels

Start with the built-in pickleball tags, then create your own recurring mistakes so the app learns your game.

Point map

Use the score keypad or an AI-proposed point map, review the result, and confirm it before stats count it.

Training plan

Build a plan from your own tags: top problems, proving timestamps, partner drills, Titan drills, and workouts.

Opponent tracking

Label opponents and results so the app can show what keeps showing up against the same player or style.

Honest AI help

Ask about paused frames, but the coach has to stay grounded in the frame, the score, and your notes.

How it works

  1. 1. Upload a video file or paste a supported direct video link.
  2. 2. Tag mistakes, good patterns, points, notes, and drawings while you watch.
  3. 3. Build a training plan whose drills trace back to your own timestamps.

What video works

Upload an MP4/MOV/WebM file or use a direct playable link. Filming from behind one baseline, high enough to see the whole court, gives you cleaner tags and drawings. AI point mapping is currently a review-first singles beta, not an automatic score claim.

Who can see my video

Film Room videos and annotations require your account. The older generated-report beta uses unlisted links, so anyone you share one with can open that report. Any coach sharing is explicit and never silently enabled.
